Your Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-planned lessons to a Year 5 class
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Support pupils’ academic and personal development
- Manage classroom behaviour using the school’s policies and routines
- Adapt learning activities to meet the needs of all pupils
- Work closely with teaching assistants and staff members to support learning
- Provide feedback on pupil progress where required
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A flexible and proactive approach to teaching
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- A reliable and professional attitude
