ASD Outreach Teacher
Salary: QTS UPS + 2 SEN Points + TLR. Permanent and Full Time.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice, assessments, and statutory reports.
- Deliver training and guidance to schools, staff, and parents.
- Support inclusive practice through targeted interventions and strategies.
- Ensure safeguarding, compliance, and effective stakeholder communication.
- Promote neurodiversity-affirming practice and quality assurance across services.
About the Team
The team’s primary goal is to improve outcomes for autistic children and young people across the Local Authority by delivering high-quality support, training, and strategic input. The culture is collaborative, inclusive, and solution-focused, with strong emphasis on partnership working between schools, families, and multi‑agency professionals.
