Must have previous Compliance admin experience / social housing experience.

Responsibilities

• Leatherhead office base
• Liaising with clients, residents and other internal departments.
• Taking calls from residents, clients and other departments regarding annual services.
• Looking after compliance inbox, actioning reports, booking jobs and allocating relevant engineers.
• Booking locksmiths / forced entry appointments.
