Responsibilities

• Commercial Management
• Managing Estimating and Customer Account Management
• Workflow and production planning initiatives, quality & business improvement policies
• Work closely with Client Services & Sales Development to give highest levels of customer support & service
• Assist as necessary with supply chain management

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Excellent organisational, problem solving and prioritisation skills
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Commercial awareness in all aspects of print, litho and digital
• High level of outsourcing and negotiation skills
• IT literacy and numeric capability
• The ability to analyse workflow & understand/assimilate industry based technical processes
• Ability to be a confident and an assertive individual
• Technical awareness of our service offering and be able to identify how this can be applied to customer opportunities
