A specialised school in Aylesbury is seeking a Psychology Graduate – SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive and dedicated team. In this role, you will support and inspire children with ASD, ADHD, ADD, SEMH and other additional learning needs.

This Psychology Graduate – SEN Teaching Assistant position will provide practical experience working with cases commonly seen in Educational Psychology, while allowing you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people.

Job Role

  • Providing 1:1 support and working with small groups of pupils to enhance learning, engagement and confidence

  • Supporting students in developing a positive attitude towards learning and the school environment
  • Helping to create a safe, supportive and comfortable environment for all pupils
