Job Summary

Chase Medical is looking for a Healthcare Assistant to join a GP surgery in Lee on a fixed‑term contract for 12 months to cover maternity leave. The role is full‑time, 4 or 5 days per week.

Start Date

The position starts in May or June.

Key Responsibilities

• Work autonomously and in a timely manner.
• Perform core healthcare assistant duties, including phlebotomy, dressings, ECGs, health reviews, and other clinical tasks.
• Assist the supportive nursing team and practice nurses in managing the practice’s patient list (approximately 15,000) using EMIS software.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Healthcare Assistant.
• GP experience is essential.
• Ability to conduct the skills expected of a Healthcare Assistant.
