Salary: Year 1 – £16,341 per annum; Year 2 – £24,521 per annum (NLW)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Training contract: 21-month training contract

About the role
- Learn how to maintain accurate land and property records on both GIS and database systems.
- Provide support and advice to end users and colleagues within the Council regarding the use of land and property systems.
- Develop a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Aptitude for ICT.
- Educated to A-level standard or equivalent.
- English and Maths GCSEs at Grades 4‑9 or Grade C and above (or equivalent).
- Passionate about being a positive and professional ambassador for the council and providing the best experience for customers.
- Self‑motivation and willingness to learn in this profession.
