Head of Quality & Assurance — Adults Commissioning

Spinwell Global is seeking a Head of Quality and Assurance (Adults Commissioning) for a 6-month contract in Walsall. This role involves leading the redesign of the adult social care quality assurance function as the Council transitions back to in-house operations. Candidates must exhibit a strong background in adult social care quality and transformation.

You’ll oversee governance arrangements, manage service transitions, and develop a proactive quality presence while leading recruitment within the new function.
