This role if for you
If you started in data science or ML and have spent the last couple of years making a deliberate move into building. You ship LLM-powered applications. You own pipelines in production. You know the difference between a prototype and something that holds up under real-world conditions.
Responsibilities
You will design and deliver AI workflows and systems across a range of client problems, from carefully orchestrated LLM pipelines to pragmatic low-code automation wired up properly. The skill you value is knowing which approach fits the problem, not defaulting to the most complex one.
What they need
You have hands-on experience shipping LLM applications into production and have dealt with the consequences. You think carefully about evals, model quality, and instrumentation. You do not just ship, you measure.
You have built RAG systems and understand the trade-offs. You have worked with agentic or multi-agent systems. You are comfortable across the modern AI toolchain, including AI coding assistants and low-code automation platforms like Power Automate or n8n.
Nice to have
Experience in regulated industries such as financial services or the public sector. Familiarity with MLOps concepts. Classical ML in production alongside newer LLM approaches. SC Clearance.
What is on offer
Competitive salary, EMI share options, 6% matched pension, private healthcare, a great annual training and conference budget, 25 days holiday plus the option to buy or sell up to 5, one month per year working abroad, and a Central London office.
