Position Summary

Real Chemistry is looking for a Director, Omnichannel Project Management to join us. For this role, we are seeking a highly motivated individual with a product manager mindset where, in this case, the ‘product’ is marketing programs for HCP and patient audiences that are delivered through omnichannel experiences.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking and Agile project management skills to guide the team through client engagement working in close partnership with the Paid Media, Experience Strategy, Client Service Creative and Business Intelligence team members. You will also be required to manage client internal teams, as well as 3rd party vendors involved in the implementation of our offerings. This includes ensuring that all business and functional workstreams are connected to a thoughtful strategy, successful client execution, ongoing oversight, and ensure an on time and on budget delivery of all program sprints. This is an opportunity to join an innovative and growing healthcare marketing company. We’re establishing an Agile Program Management team focused on the delivery of modern marketing in healthcare with dedicated to specific clients. You’d be joining at the ground floor to help establish the model and Agile Program Management function within the agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Maintain team status, communication and tracking deliverables for team.
  • Collaborate with Account, Finance and Tech teams to build timelines, workflows, RACIs and track risks/issues.
  • Track client deliverables and manage delivery timelines.
  • Set up internal team status/reviews/meetings.
  • Make resourcing and budget decisions on who should be involved in each sprint cycle by discipline.
  • Support the development and management of project budget. Work closely with project sponsor, cross‑functional teams, and assigned resources of all levels to develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
  • Operational Excellence: Leads the project or sprint process and provides direction to ensure all sprints in the program plan are successfully brought to life.
  • Partner with the Enterprise Experience Lead to implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.
  • Determining prioritization of outstanding items to manage and successfully run projects/sprints.
  • Ensure active problem solving, as well as develop and maintain risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
  • Cross‑functional Collaboration: Serve as a digital translator across teams to ensure clarity, consistency, and risk awareness in all technical communications.

Knowledge & Experience

  • 10+ Years of product/project management.
  • Demonstrated success leading workflow/process improvement initiatives.
  • 2+ Years of experience with a MarTech/AdTech ecosystem such as Salesforce, Veeva and/or Adobe.
  • Strong working knowledge of the MarTech and AdTech space.
  • Must be experienced with program workflows associated with setup and activation efforts of marketing and digital pharmacy ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing environments.
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in JIRA, MS Office, Copilot, Workfront, Asana.
  • Resourceful problem solver and collaborative communicator.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with Digital Marketing, including SEO, Analytics, CRM, Email Marketing, Paid media and social media, BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Understand the role of technology and digital in the healthcare marketing landscape.

Pay Range: $120,000 – $160,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job‑related, non‑discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
