We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant, trained in Read Write Inc, to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in South Leeds on a long-term basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a friendly school environment with a strong leadership team and a commitment to high-quality teaching and learning.

The Role:

• Delivering Read Write Inc phonics sessions to small groups
• Supporting pupils with reading, writing, and early literacy development
• Working closely with class teachers to support learning across the classroom
• Providing targeted interventions to help pupils make strong progress
• Creating a positive and engaging learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience and training in Read Write Inc phonics
• Previous experience working within a primary school setting
• A passion for supporting children’s learning and development
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive and positive attitude
