Salary: £25,050.48 (CC_30) – £26,380.96 (CC_33), actual pro rata salary £23,019.36 – £24,239.38 per annum

Hours: 34 hours per week (Part‑time)

About the Role

Based at our Cornwall campus, the Apprenticeship Advisor will manage a caseload of apprentices and employers across the County, supporting the growth of apprenticeships and workplace learning. Responsibilities include identifying employers that would benefit from apprenticeships and work‑place learning and building relationships to convert these opportunities into business.

Skills & Experience

• Excellent relationship management and sales skills.
• Experience in identifying and converting business opportunities.
• Knowledge of apprenticeships and funding is an advantage; full on‑the‑job training will be provided.
• Valid UK driving licence.

Hours of Work

34 hours per week (Part‑time).
