Position Overview

We are a top legal 500 law firm seeking a Commercial Property Associate Solicitor with 4+ years PQE to join our growing team near Bishop’s Stortford and Stansted. Key Responsibilities & Experience

• Handle acquisitions, disposals, leases, and developments.
• Lead lease renewals and drafting development agreements.
• Manage portfolio and property finance matters.
• Provide clear, commercial, solution-focused advice to clients.
• Act as a liaison with clients, agents, lenders, and other advisers.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to the department’s growth.
