Main Pay Scale M1-M6 (£32,916‑£45,352 pro‑rata). To start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Be an excellent teacher, able to communicate a passion for teaching and learning.
• Be a high quality, effective leader who inspires others and has a proven track record of school improvement and raising standards.
• Have knowledge about the National Curriculum and have the ability to use this to raise standards.
• Be confident and effective in the use of assessment to promote and accelerate pupil progress.
• Have high expectations of themselves and the children and staff.
• Demonstrate a good level of knowledge and understanding of effective KS2 practice.
• Be able to work collaboratively as part of a year group team.
• Have the capacity to inspire and motivate children.
• Be prepared to be involved in the wider life of the school.
