Training & Development

• 12‑week initial training programme
• Level 3 Operational Firefighter Apprenticeship (24–30 months)

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Based within the West Midlands area
• Physically fit (fitness assessments required)
• Able to swim 25 m
• Full UK driving licence
• Pass medical and background checks
