Rate of Pay: £14.38 per hour (KA Leisure provides workers with a minimum hourly rate of £13.52 under the Living Wage Initiative. Term and Conditions apply)

Location: Garnock Community Campus

Job Purpose:

Present a friendly, helpful and welcoming environment to all customers.

Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.

Maintain excellent communications with customers, either face to face, by telephone or in writing.

Accurately process and record all income received from customers.

To undertake reception duties including admissions, membership sales, bookings and general enquiries.

You Must:

• Be computer literate and ideally familiar with Legend CRM booking system.
