About the role

We are looking for a specialist to design and implement a new corporate partnership strategy, drive income growth, and deepen our impact. The Head of Corporate Partnerships will report to the Director of Fundraising and lead a senior role within the fundraising team.

Key responsibilities

• Build and strengthen the company’s value proposition to attract and retain corporate partners.
• Shape and implement the corporate engagement strategy to increase income and broaden the range of partnerships.
• Drive new business development and manage strategic funding relationships.
• Identify and design new programmes and initiatives to engage corporate partners.
• Collaborate with colleagues to inspire innovation and embed new ideas across the organisation.
• Negotiate agreements and cultivate lasting relationships with corporate partners.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of new business development and success in fundraising within a charitable or social context.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and partnership‑management skills.
• Experience in developing and managing complex corporate partnerships and sponsorships.
• Ability to think strategically and translate financial objectives into partnership opportunities.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for working in a growing, fast‑moving charity.
