SEN Teaching Assistant: 1:1 & Small Groups (Term-Time)

Academics is recruiting for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join a residential SEN college in Bournemouth, supporting young people with Asperger’s or high-functioning autism. The ideal candidate will work one-on-one and in small groups to help achieve individual learning plans.

This full-time, term-time role requires someone calm and encouraging to manage learners with challenging behaviour. Competitive pay starts at £14.24 per hour, leading to a permanent role with an annual salary of £22,674.64 after 12 weeks.
