We have opportunities available on both a day-to-day and long-term basis, with the potential for temp-to-perm opportunities for the right candidates.

- Early Career Teachers (ECTs) seeking further experience before securing a permanent teaching role
- Individuals considering a future career in teaching and looking to gain hands‑on school experience before undertaking teacher training
The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes in the absence of the class teacher and ensuring students remain engaged in pre-set learning activities. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive learning environment and managing classroom behaviour effectively.
Requirements
- Experience leading or managing young people in a professional setting that can transfer into the classroom
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above
- A degree is desirable
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage behaviour confidently and professionally
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to work independently
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
