Primary Teaching Assistant – September 2026 Start

Prospero Teaching are looking for Teaching Assistants to work in local Primary Schools in and around the Cambridge area to start from September 2026.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

• Location – CambridgePosition – Teaching AssistantContract or position start date – September 2026Duration / Likely Duration – OngoingContract type – Long-Term TemporaryFull time/part time – Part time to Full timeMinimum rate of pay – Minimum rate around 95-110 per dayHours -8.30 am – 3pm

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous TA/LSA experience
• GCSE English and Maths grade ‘C’

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child related references
