Compensation & Benefits

• £13/£14 per hour early shift; £14/£15 per hour evenings and weekends
• Travel Pay £13/£14 per hour
• Mileage 30p per mile
• Enhanced bank Holiday hourly rates
• Paid travel time between visits

What You’ll Do

• Support people to live independently at home
• Provide personal care, companionship, and emotional support
• Assist with meals, medication, and light household tasks
• Promote wellbeing and dignity

Who We’re Looking For

• Caring, compassionate, and reliable individuals
• Good communication and time‑management skills
• Drivers with access to a vehicle preferred
• Available for early mornings, evenings, and every other weekend

We will support you every step of the way. Working locations are available in Exeter & Surrounding Areas.
