Life Balance Chiropractic seeks coachable new clinical assistants and client experience receptionists to join our dynamic, friendly team at our busy, expanding Poole centre. No chiropractic experience? No problem! Whether re-entering the workforce, shifting careers, or seeking meaningful work alongside family life, this could be your next step.
The role advertised is for 4 shifts per week plus overtime where required. Shifts are between 7.30 am – 12.30 pm and 1.30 pm – 7.45 pm.

What You’ll Be Doing — We’re looking for a proactive, people-first professional to blend inbound sales, client care, and front desk coordination. You’ll be the trusted guide who supports new enquiries, builds real relationships, and ensures clients feel seen, heard, and cared for every step of the way.
- Convert enquiries into loyal clients through high-touch inbound & outbound calls (training provided).
- Schedule and manage appointments, care plans, and payments.
- Re-engage past clients and follow up with cancellations and no-shows.
- Deliver 5-star customer experiences that keep clients on track and inspired.
- Support events and marketing campaigns (including social media & spinal health checks).
- Own the front desk — from daily admin to stock, systems, cash-up, and compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming space and follow proven processes using a checklist-first approach.
- Be a true team player – collaborate, cover shifts when needed, and attend training to grow your skills and work one Saturday per month.

Location: Life Balance Chiropractic, Poole, Dorset.
Type: Part-time, Permanent (24+ hours per week + overtime).
Starting Salary: £13.06 per hour, with pay rises & performance-related bonuses.
Schedule: 7:30 AM–1:30 PM or 1:30 PM–7:40 PM. Available to cover 1 Saturday per month. Team training on Wednesday mornings, 08:40 AM–12:00 PM.
