The company is now seeking a Sales Director to lead its Framing Division. This is a senior commercial leadership role with full responsibility for driving sales strategy, business development, and commercial growth across the division.

Person Specification
- Excellent track record of sales experience within the construction industry• Extensive knowledge of the requirements of the Building Safety Act• Ability to successfully manage and lead a team of Regional Sales Managers• Well organised, self-motivated, and professional, with the flexibility for extensive travel and several nights away per week• Experienced in negotiating terms and managing supply chain relationships• Ability to achieve objectives independently as well as part of a team• Computer literate with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels• Must possess a full driving licence• Must be eligible and able to prove the right to work in the UK, as the company does not hold a sponsorship licence
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of sales, including maintaining and improving margin, volumes, operating profit, and ensuring the division achieves budget expectations across SFS systems• Strategically ensuring the business develops an offering aligned with the requirements of the Building Safety Act• Working with the national network of installers to develop the subcontractor market, identify new opportunities, and maintain and strengthen existing relationships• Liaising with the Marketing Department to support marketing and advertising campaigns while promoting new products, software, and literature• Managing, developing, and motivating Regional Sales Managers while supporting them across all commercial aspects, including performance reviews, appraisals, and sales incentives• Developing strong relationships with key main contractor supply chain partners while strategically identifying and onboarding new partners where opportunities arise• Liaising and communicating effectively with all internal departments regarding credit control, internal sales, Salesforce implementation, design and detailing, and production• Reporting monthly and quarterly on trading performance, forecasts, invoiced sales, competitor activity, market issues, and opportunities via CRM• Identifying new market opportunities and developing these into potential new products and services
