Head Chef (Mandarin Speaking, £50k, Restaurant, Central London)

Responsibilities

The restaurant is among the top‑rated restaurants providing premium customer experience. The Head Chef will head the routine operations of the kitchen, ensuring everyday excellence and service.

Qualifications

Candidate must demonstrate ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at CEFR level B1. Mandarin and English (must) proficiency. Prior experience managing comparable kitchens and providing excellent service daily. Must legally be permitted to work in the UK.

English language demonstration: at least one of the following:

• Clearing a SELT conducted by an authorised provider.
• Possessing a GCSE (A level), Scottish National Qualification level 4 or 5, Scottish Higher or Advanced Higher in English obtained during education at a UK school before the age of 18.
• Possessing a degree‑level academic qualification taught in English; if studied overseas, submit to Ecctis for certification that the degree is comparable to a UK bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD.
