About The Role
As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast‑paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Customer Service – delivering an exceptional customer experience to all customers, from helping them find the perfect product to completing their purchase at the till.
- Brand Bra Experience – providing the brand bra fitting experience, giving customers expert advice on size and suitable styles.
- Visual Merchandising – owning the merchandising and presentation of products, helping customers find what they need and discover new items.
- Store Standards – maintaining front‑ and back‑of‑house standards, including managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and adherence to health & safety procedures.
About You
- Passion for retail – love for all aspects of retail and creating a unique experience for every customer.
- Love the customer – keenness to learn and develop customer service skills and product knowledge, and to participate in learning programmes.
- Relationships that count – desire to build valued relationships with team and customers.
