£30,000 basic salary + uncapped commission

We’re recruiting a driven Sales Development Representative to join a fast‑growing technology business based in Manchester. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound sales, performs well in a target‑driven environment, and wants to build a long‑term career in tech sales with clear earning potential and progression.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying and engaging prospective customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Leading discovery conversations to qualify needs and commercial fit
- Booking high‑quality meetings and product demos for Account Executives
- Consistently achieving activity, pipeline, and performance targets
- Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date CRM records
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach and messaging
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills with confidence speaking to senior stakeholders
- Resilient, competitive, and motivated by targets and commission
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and handling objections
- Organised, coachable, and quick to learn technical products
- Previous SDR, sales, or customer‑facing experience is advantageous but not essential
