Sales Development Representative

Kainos’ Demand Generation team is looking for motivated self‑starters with a growth mindset to initiate long‑standing relationships with prospective customers. As a Sales Development Representative you will build early‑stage pipeline through effective selling strategies using a creative approach, a “can‑do” attitude, resilience, the ability to nurture relationships, a curious nature and the capacity to organise and structure each day to deliver results.

Kainos delivers best‑in‑class products – Kainos Smart Test, Smart Audit, and Employee Document Management – helping customers automate and scale their Workday operations. Candidates will be asked to sell these solutions and support demand generation for identified strategic account lists.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver against monthly/quarterly/annual team targets (opportunity and revenue) by producing a high‑quality pipeline.
  • Collaborate on prospecting and opportunity qualification activities – assist or work independently to engage and generate prospects through multiple mediums and mature prospects into sales opportunities.
  • Understand buyer personas to build trust, articulate their challenges, and propose potential solutions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, regional managers and account executives to create and execute demand‑generation activities for strategic account lists, events and territory planning.
  • Act as a Kainos ambassador, competently articulate Kainos and its offerings and present to prospects and customers in a professional manner.

Essential Requirements

  • Interest in consultative selling methodologies and curiosity to understand the competitive landscape and customer needs.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a competitive environment to meet deadlines in accordance with business requirements.
  • Effective communication and ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Experience in creating and executing demand‑generation campaigns using technology stacks such as ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Lead Forensics and Marketo.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence to work across multiple platforms such as telephone, email and social media.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Business proficiency in German (written and spoken) is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience in inside sales, sales development and dealing with customers.
  • Experience preparing and presenting content.
  • Strong interest in technology and industry trends.
