Job Description:

We’re looking for a talented, highly motivated sales professional who will be responsible for driving growth of Stryker’s Foot & Ankle business across the North East of England.

Primarily you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives for accounts within a defined territory geography, representing Stryker as a leader in the industry, building strong relationships with key surgeons and HCPs, managing high-volume activity, and implementing cross‑divisional strategy to capture new business growth. This is a fast‑growing territory with large potential across NHS and private sector.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, adept at building relationships.
  • Either experience within a clinical role and looking to move into sales, or proven successful medical sales experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Workshop/demonstration and training skills.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • A full, valid UK driver’s licence.
