Job Details

Salary: £24,863 per annum, plus up to £2,000 discretionary bonus per year.

Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Full time.

Location: Southampton (SO14 7SJ).

About the Role

As a Store Colleague at H&T, you’ll be the face of our leading pawnbroker and one of the top jewellery and watch retailers. You’ll provide a warm welcome and expert support to every customer in one of our 285+ stores.

You don’t need experience in pawnbroking; all training provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach.
• Assist customers with a range of services including pawnbroking, retail sales, and financial products.
• Maintain high standards of compliance and store presentation.
• Work collaboratively with your team to exceed targets.
• Handle transactions accurately and securely.
• Use multilingual skills advantageously; additional languages appreciated.

Qualifications & Requirements

Spanish or Romanian speaker preferred; not required.

Strong sense of integrity and willingness to learn.
