As a true brand ambassador, you’ll inspire and empower every customer, create unforgettable experiences, and contribute to the store’s commercial success.This role is available on a part-time basis (16 hours per week, weekend availability required).**Deliver exceptional service and drive sales****Support store excellence*** Host engaging demos and maintain high standards in presentation and cleanliness* Ensure the shop floor is well-stocked and visually aligned with our brand**Be a team player*** Collaborate with colleagues, share insights, and contribute to team success* Take part in training and support stock management and loss prevention* Greet every customer warmly and offer tailored product advice* Share expert knowledge of our natural products and introduce new launches* Build strong customer relationships and promote our loyalty programme## Profil**What we’re looking for*** A passion for natural beauty, wellness, and helping people feel their best* Previous experience in retail or hospitality, ideally with a track record of meeting sales targets* Excellent communication skills and confidence in making product recommendations* A results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail* Team spirit, flexibility, and a proactive attitude* Availability to work varied hours, including weekends and peak periods* Experience in beauty or skincare is a plus This is a rare chance to shape the UK launch of a much-loved French brand, make a positive impact on people and the planet, and grow with a purpose-led company that celebrates simplicity, authenticity, and kindness.We’re proud to be an equal opportunities employer and welcome everyone, exactly as they are.#J-18808-Ljbffr…
