What You Do

• Be a brand ambassador in store by adhering to Hourglass guidelines and upholding brand image and DNA.
• Build a client‑based business.
• Develop relationships with store staff and management to strengthen the retailer partnership.
• Meet and exceed daily sales goals.
• Provide exceptional internal and external client experience.
• Respect retailer/store procedures, guidelines, and brand confidentiality.

• Ability to work weekends.
