Business Development Representative | Outbound Sales
Are you confident, commercially driven, and excited by the challenge of winning new business? We’re hiring a Business Development Representative to join a growing e-commerce agency helping consumer brands scale through data‑led strategies and digital marketplace expertise.
You’ll work directly with senior leadership, owning outbound outreach across LinkedIn, email, telephone, and creative campaigns to generate new opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospecting and engaging high‑potential brands
- Writing personalized outreach that gets responses
- Booking qualified intro calls and managing CRM activity
- Testing new business development strategies and channels
- Collaborating closely with leadership to shape growth plans
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years in sales, recruitment, estate agency, or a busy commercial environment
- Confident communicator with strong organization skills
- Resilience, drive, and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable working to KPIs and outbound targets
