We are seeking a motivated Sales and Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Chorley (PR7). This role is perfect for someone who thrives on making outbound calls, identifying potential customers, and contributing to a high-performing sales team. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy hitting targets while earning great bonuses, we want to hear from you! (£33k 1st year OTE)

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate high-quality leads.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and determining their fit for our products/services.
  • Pass qualified leads to the sales team for follow-up and conversion.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads as necessary to nurture relationships and increase conversion rates.
  • Stay up to date on company products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value to potential customers.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in lead generation, telesales, or a related role.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed targets and earn bonuses.
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate product/service value propositions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining accurate records.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
