About the Role

Step into a role as a Sales Assistant in one of our retail stores, where you will create an amazing shopping experience. Combine your expert understanding of Joules products with a friendly, welcoming approach to provide exceptional customer service within the store.

Responsibilities

• Focus on understanding store targets and deliverables.
• Create a shopping experience that meets customers’ needs and reflects the Joules brand.
• Maintain retail operational standards on the shop floor and back of house at all times.
• Work as part of a team to deliver the best retail experience.
