Position: Sales Assistant (Full Time) – 6 Months Fixed Term Contract

Location: Bull St, Birmingham

Salary: £24,863 per annum (starting rate £12.75 per hour, rising to £13.44 after training) plus discretionary bonus up to £2,000 per year.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, full‑time.

Full flexibility required from Monday to Sunday.

About the Role

As a store colleague, you will be the face of the business, providing a warm welcome and expert support to every customer. You will understand customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and ensure they leave with the best possible outcome. No prior pawnbroking experience required – we provide full training and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach.
• Assist customers with a range of services including pawnbroking, retail sales, and financial products.
• Maintain high standards of compliance and store presentation.
• Work collaboratively with your team to exceed targets.
• Handle transactions accurately and securely.
• Multilingual skills are a bonus; ability to speak additional languages is highly valued, though not required.
