Deputy General Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Manager to join our operations team; working in 2 popular late-night bars in Cheltenham. The successful candidate will have a passion for training & development of the team, a drive for sales and will aspire to be at the top of their field.

Duties:

• Assist & support the Management team in overseeing daily operations and staff management
• Ensure smooth functioning of bars
• Train and mentor team members to deliver outstanding service
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Uphold standards and ensure compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for business growth
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Skills:

• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork and motivation
• Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with bartending techniques
• Prior experience in management is essential
