About the role

We are seeking a motivated and curious graduate (or early-career professional) to join our UK/Europe sales team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in life sciences who is interested in transitioning into a commercial, customer-facing career.

Working across both education and research markets, you will play a key role in supporting regional sales activity, engaging with academic institutions, and helping customers identify the right solutions from ADInstruments’ portfolio.

Skills and Experience

  • A degree in life sciences (e.g. physiology, neuroscience, pharmacology or similar)
  • The ability to develop an expert understanding of the ADInstruments product range and practical application areas
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customers
  • Curious, proactive, and motivated to learn
  • Well organised with good attention to detail
  • Interested in developing a career in scientific sales or commercial roles

Package

  • Salary: ~£30,000 + performance-based incentive
  • Hybrid working (Oxford-based, 3 days in office once trained)
