The role includes:

• Assisting customers in-store, by phone and email
• Providing product advice and processing sales
• Maintaining a clean, welcoming showroom

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Customer-focused with strong communication skills
• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Experienced in retail or sales (flooring experience an advantage, not essential)
