Overview

Our client is an established and highly regarded law firm offering a full‑time or part‑time solicitor or legal executive position in the legal aid family law department at the Rugby office.

Responsibilities

• Handle legal aid family law caseloads including divorce proceedings, financial remedy proceedings, cohabitation and separation agreements, pre‑ and post‑nuptial agreements, and private children matters.
• Build and strengthen client relationships while contributing effectively as a fee earner within a successful family law team.

Qualifications

• Solicitor, legal executive or equivalent with detailed knowledge and technical expertise in legal aid family law practice.
