Role overview

If you are a confident talker who enjoys asking questions and getting to know people, you may be a good fit for this Sales Advisor role. You will talk to customers over the phone about how we can enhance their digital lives and discuss the most suitable products for them. We provide training so you can speak confidently about our products and services. We do not use hard‑sales tactics.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers by phone to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Achieve sales targets and incentives as set by the team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Confidence in speaking with customers.
• Open to receiving training to build product knowledge.
