Salary: £26,363.00 per Annum (Includes London Weighting) plus opportunity to earn up to £2,000 discretionary bonus annually, pro‑rated.

About the Role:

As a Store Colleague at H&T, you will be the face of the business, providing a warm welcome and expert support to every customer. You will understand customer needs, offer tailored solutions and ensure they leave with the best possible outcome. No prior experience in pawnbroking is required – just a genuine interest in people, integrity, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach.
• Assist customers with a range of services including pawnbroking, retail sales, and financial products.
• Maintain high standards of compliance and store presentation.
• Work collaboratively with your team to exceed targets.
• Handle transactions accurately and securely.
• Multilingual skills are a bonus, but not required.
