At Queensmith, we understand that our greatest asset is our exceptional team. As our Saturday Retail Host, you are the first impression of our bespoke jewellery showroom; the person who sets the tone for every client’s experience from the moment they walk through the door. You create an atmosphere that feels warm, polished, and effortlessly welcoming, ensuring every client feels valued and looked after from arrival to departure. In this pivotal front‑of‑house role, you work closely with our sales team to keep the showroom running seamlessly. You intuitively manage client flow, ensuring appointments stay on track while accommodating walk‑ins with ease and professionalism. Your ability to stay calm under pressure means even our busiest Saturdays feel smooth and organised. You anticipate needs before they arise, whether that’s notifying a sales consultant their client has arrived, arranging refreshments, or securing an appointment for a future visit. Your contribution directly impacts both the client experience and the business’s commercial success. By keeping things running efficiently and ensuring no opportunity is missed, you play a key role in helping the team deliver exceptional service and maximise every client interaction. Your organisation, energy, and attention to detail turn what could be a busy environment into a refined and memorable experience. Your contributions are integral to our journey.
