Mobile HVAC Engineer

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair all operational equipment.
• Answer queries, oversee planned PPM and compliance works, and keep the client fully informed of site activities.
• Assist contractors and sub‑contractors, ensuring compliance with all statutory obligations, and complete all work‑related documentation accurately and on time.
• Work with a flexible and pro‑active approach, effectively prioritising your own workload while supporting other engineers and staff as required.
• Ensure safe working practices at all times, including carrying tools/equipment up to 20kg, ascending/descending vertical access equipment, and working at heights.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds qualified, with experience in a maintenance or facilities management environment.
• Good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building statutory compliance.
• Full UK driving licence.
