Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer – London & Surrounding Areas – Up to £45,000 + Van + Callout + Overtime + Package
We’re looking for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join a bespoke air‑conditioning contractor that values its staff, offers strong training, and provides genuine long‑term progression.
The Role
You’ll be carrying out service, maintenance and breakdowns across a range of commercial sites, with plenty of variety day‑to‑day.
- Service, maintenance and fault‑finding on commercial air conditioning systems
- Working on VRV and VRF systems
- Opportunity to gain further training and exposure on water chillersCovering London and surrounding areas
- Client‑facing role, representing the business on site
- Mobile role with company van provided
- Participating in a callout rota of 1 in 5, with a £200 standby payment
- Plenty of overtime available
What You’ll Need
- Experience in air conditioning service and maintenance
- Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
- F-Gas qualification – essential
- Good attitude and ability to work independently
- Full UK driving licence
The successful Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer will earn up to £45,000, depending on experience, plus van, callout, overtime, and a package. Overtime is paid at 1.5x Monday to Saturday and 2x Sundays, alongside strong training and progression opportunities.
