Strategic Enterprise Account Director – UK/EMEA

BlueOptima Limited is seeking an Enterprise Account Director for the UK market to manage named strategic accounts across UK and EMEA. You will leverage existing relationships and expand new opportunities, reaching across C-level stakeholders.

The role requires a proven history of closing high-value deals (£100k+), along with an understanding of AI governance and enterprise software. The compensation package includes a base salary, uncapped commission, and equity options.

The position offers flexibility with a hybrid work model: 3 days in the office and 2 remote.
