Role Summary
Motivate others and keep energy high in a fast‑paced environment. Support the management team with day‑to‑day store running, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service. Manage stocking, store appearance, reduce shrinkage and till errors, help the team hit targets and keep things running smoothly.
Qualifications and Experience
- Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast‑paced high street retailer (preferred)
- Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service
- The ability to help others develop and improve their skills
- Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)
