Step into a role as a Sales Assistant working in one of our retail stores, where you will create an amazing shopping experience. You will combine your expert understanding of the Joules products with a friendly, welcoming approach to provide exceptional customer service within the store.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a shopping experience aligned with the Joules brand.
- Support store targets and deliverables as part of the team.
- Maintain retail operational standards on the shop floor and back of house.
- Enhance the store’s character and showcase products creatively.
About You
You are keen to work as part of a team and you play your part in ensuring the retail operational standards both on the shop floor and back of house are maintained at all times.
Whatever the task, you’re passionate about doing it better and realising your retail potential along the way.
