Senior Marketing Manager (Mandarin Chinese Speaking, £40k, Real Estate, London)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing Manager role in a London-based real estate company. The firm is a real estate investment and development company that has established itself as a prominent property developer, trader, and administrator.

The company is currently seeking a suitable candidate who possesses the necessary amount of experience and qualifications to fill this role. After the one-year fixed-term contract, the applicant who performed exceptionally well will be considered for a permanent post.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (relevant major in marketing, business, media, public relations, or advertising preferred).
• Hands‑on experience in marketing or a real‑estate business of at least 7 years.
• Must be able to work in the United Kingdom.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (both written and verbal).
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, execution ability, attention to detail, and good time‑management skills.
• Responsible, initiator, innovative, team‑enthusiastic, and collaborative attributes required.
• Bonus: experience in web design, graphic design, video, digital marketing, or event management.
• Willingness to adjust work hours to accommodate China and Europe time zones.
