About the Opportunity
Join our Momence team as SDR in UK to make a real impact every day. You Will
- Introduce prospective business owners across the UK and Ireland to Momence through outbound cold calling, supported by occasional email outreach. The role focuses on high‑volume outbound prospecting.
- Drive lead generation for the sales team by creating qualified opportunities.
- Identify influencers and decision makers in an organization.
- Manage sales activities, opportunities, and account information in our CRM (HubSpot).
This role supports Momence’s top‑of‑the‑funnel outbound lead qualification. New SDRs will spend about 12 months learning, growing, and contributing before progressing to another role.
Location and Working Arrangements
This is a full‑time, fully remote, employed position for candidates residing in the UK with eligible working rights.
Qualifications
Fluency in English — ability to confidently speak, write, and read in a professional business context.
1+ years of sales experience.
Demonstrated capacity for high‑volume phone work (80–100 outbound dials/day once ramped).
Disciplined work ethic and eagerness to learn.
Excellent phone presence.
An empathetic, service‑oriented, problem‑solving sales approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with outbound cold‑calling (1+ year).
- Experience working in early‑stage startups.
- Personal or professional experience in the customer verticals we serve (fitness, yoga, wellness, classes, etc.).
- Experience communicating with small business owners.
