Retail Shift Leader – Deliver Great Service & Lead Team

Tesco Retail in Bristol is seeking an experienced Shift Lead to guide the team in providing an exceptional in-store experience for customers. Responsibilities include leading the store during the manager’s absence and nurturing a supportive team environment.

The ideal candidate will be at least 18 years old, possess experience in a team-lead role within a fast-paced retail environment, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. A minimum of 16 hours per week is guaranteed.
